Meanwhile, in the latest draft of the Copyright Act, the word “majority” was removed. It sounds like this:
(2) The severance pay referred to in paragraph (1) shall be provided with the following conditions:
to. working time less than 1 (one) year, 1 (one) month’s salary;
second. working time 1 (one) year or more but less than 2 (two) years, 2 (two) months of salary;
C. working time 2 (two) years or more but less than 3 (three) years, 3 (three) months of salary;
