Jakarta, CNCB Indonesia – Thai Airways International is bankrupt. This happened due to the corona virus pandemic that shook the company’s business.

Airplanes can no longer fly. Ultimately, the airline plans to franchise a popular version of patong go, Thai fried donuts.

Thai Airways Acting Chairman Chansin Treenuchagron told reporters that the sale was very popular and that people were queuing in long lines to buy it. Quoted from the Bangkok Post, this fried donut has generated around 10 million baths, in just one month.

“Every morning at five airline food outlets in Bangkok. Monthly sales are around 10 million baht,” he was quoted as saying on Saturday (10/10/2020).

Due to this fact, the franchise will be allowed. Thai Airways hopes to benefit from the popularity of patong go.

Thai Airways now has five outlets. If you buy, the customer only pays 50 baht and gets three sticks of patong go and a cup of purple sweet potato sauce and custard.

Thai Airways filed for bankruptcy, with a total liability of 332.2 billion baht. The Central Bankruptcy Court approved the debt restructuring.
