BANDUNG, KOMPAS.com – Police said the riots that took place in front of the West Java Provincial DPRD building in Bandung on Tuesday (6/10/2020) were not a mass action by students or workers.
The police named the rioters of another group.
Until now, the police continue to identify the group.

Kapolrestabes Bandung Kombes Ulung Sampurna Jaya said that before the riots began at the site, the demonstration by students and workers at the West Java DPRD building had ended.
The masses of workers and students have dispersed.
Ulung suspected that the mass action involved in the chaos was suspected to be from another group.
“It is thought to be another group, not students, so first we pressed with the members to control the council and carry out the conquest,” Ulung said at the demonstration site on Tuesday night.

A total of 650 policemen were deployed to secure the demonstration, including workers, students and other mass groups.
“The labor and student actions have been completed. Well then there is a group outside of the students who committed anarchist actions and punished the members, ”Ulung said.
