Manchester United beaten by Tottenham Hotspur at home. This 1-6 loss left Luke Shaw feeling embarrassed.
The rain of goals came in the MU vs Tottenham match at Old Trafford in the Premier League continued, on Sunday (10/4/2020) afternoon WIB. In the first half, MU, who quickly took the lead through a Bruno Fernandes penalty, fell behind 1-4 against Tottenham.

On Tottenham’s third goal, Eric Bailly’s effort to find Nemanja Matic in the area was interrupted by Harry Kane. The situation then led to Kane’s goal.
MU itself did not provide many threats to Tottenham’s goal, especially after Martial’s red card. Throughout the match, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team fired only five shots and only two were aimed at the target.
Shaw admits that this defeat embarrassed him. He also considered that MU did not insist on resisting.

“When we play with 10 people, maybe we give up, there is no character on the court. We are too quiet and naive. There are many mistakes, we have to try more.”
“This is embarrassing. I am ashamed on the field. We have to evaluate ourselves,” he emphasized.
After losing to Tottenham, MU remained 16th in the Premier League standings with three points from three games.
