The Kasat Sabhara Blitar police, AKP Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo, did not resign or resign as a member of the police. This decision was chosen by Agus after receiving advice from the East Java Regional Police.

The head of Public Relations of the East Java Regional Police, Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, revealed that Agus ultimately decided not to resign.

“Not so quit. Yes, still (being a policeman),” Truno told detikcom in Surabaya on Saturday (03/10/2020).

Truno added that currently Agus has been lured to the East Java Regional Police for a temporary review. However, he also serves as Blitar’s Sabhara Sabhara Police Chief.

“Don’t resign, it’s over. His post is still Kasat Sabhara, he was retired to the East Java Regional Police, but his current post is still Kasat Sabhara. It is not necessarily like that, there is a process,” Truno said.

Not only that, Truno said that what happened between AKP Agus and Blitar AKBP police chief Ahmad Fanani was a miscommunication.

For this reason, the East Java Regional Police decided to carry out counseling and mediation to handle this case. According to Truno, this coaching process is important to review Agus’s decisions in a momentary emotional state.
