JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The National Police Headquarters said Sabhara Blitar Police Chief AKP Agus Tri Susetyo and Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya will be assessed by the East Java Regional Police.
Agus resigned from the National Police because he admitted that he could not bear the leadership of his superior, AKBP Ahmad Fanani.
“Kapolres and Kasat Sabhara will be evaluated,” said the head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, in a written statement on Friday (02/10/2020).

However, Argo did not elaborate on the evaluation that will be carried out on both.
Now, the problems of both are being explored by the Professional and Security Sector (Propam) of the East Java Regional Police.
“Paminal (Internal Security) will be sent to Blitar to clarify the case,” said on Thursday (10/1/2020) the head of the Public Information Office of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General ( Pol) Awi Setiyono, when contacted.
From the initial information Awi obtained, the second controversy began when Fanani reprimanded a Sabhara member with long hair. However, Agus defended his men.
Awi said that this information would be clarified by the Propam Division of the East Java Regional Police.
According to him, Propam would question Agus and Fanani, as well as other members who knew of the incident.

The head of the Sabhara Unit of the Blitar Police, AKP Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo, submitted his resignation from the National Police.
He did so because he could not bear the insults his superior, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya, used to say.
“I no longer have the strength to be subordinate to the Chief of Police (Blitar), and I requested early retirement without demanding anything from the National Police,” said Agus when he met in front of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Headquarters Building. In addition to resigning, Agus also reported the Blitar Police Chief on suspicion of neglecting cockfighting game and illegal mining in the Blitar Regency area.
Confirmed separately, Blitar AKBP Police Chief Ahmad Fanani admitted that he only gave a reasonable warning to his subordinates.

He considered that the reprimand directed at his men was still within the bounds of decorum.
Fanani accused his subordinates of not joining the service since September 21, 2020.
“I fully submit to the East Java Regional Police regarding violations by their subordinates. The officers handle it directly by the East Java Regional Police, including sanctions,” Ahmad said.
