JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The arrival of the former TNI commander, General (ret) Gatot Nurmantyo at the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery (TMP) on Wednesday (9/30/2020) had a long queue.
Gatot, who was present with dozens of retired TNI officers, had a debate when he wanted to join the Dandim of South Jakarta.
Although he had argued, Gatot and his entourage were finally allowed to take turns. However, after Gatot finished his pilgrimage, riots broke out in front of the Kalibata TMP.

1. Dandim South Jakarta debate with Gatot Nurmantyo at the Kalibata TMP
The group of pilgrims consisting of retired TNI soldiers and their supporters en masse were unable to enter the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery, Pancoran, Jakarta on Wednesday (9/30/2020) afternoon.
The crowd seemed too large, causing a crowd.

Gatot and several retired officers had a discussion with Col. Inf Ucu Yustia from Dandim 0504 / South Jakarta when they wanted to enter the tomb area.
“This is in the hero’s grave, yes, you have the warrior oath of Sapta Marga. You are responsible before Almighty God that retirees respect the heroes who were victims of the G30S / PKI,” Gatot told Ucu.
The Dandim emphasized that he was only fulfilling his duties and did not intend to prohibit Gatot and his retired officers from spreading to the tombs of the heroes.

2. Pangdam Jaya rated Gatot Nurmantyo’s activities as unauthorized
Pangdam Jaya, Major General Dudung Abdurachman, said the pilgrimage carried out by the Purnawan Sovereign Guardian (PPKP) at the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery in South Jakarta on Wednesday (9/30/2020) yesterday, it was without permission.
The Ministry of Social Affairs did not grant permission due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The letter (permission to carry out the pilgrimage) was shown to the Ministry of Social Affairs, but from the Ministry of Social Affairs it was not allowed because it was Covid-19,” Dudung said in Jakarta, on Thursday (01/10/2020 ).

However, members of the PPKP still came for a pilgrimage. Finally, about 150 people gathered in front of the Kalibata TMP.
Several members of the security personnel had urged them not to carry out pilgrimages to comply with sanitary protocols.
“However, from the retired side, PPKN still insisted on going on a pilgrimage,” he said.
The action coincided with a group of people giving speeches in front of Kalibata. The prayer was considered to have offended the figure of the former TNI Commander General (retired) Gatot Nurmantyo who was also present at the pilgrimage.
“However, unexpectedly there were some who took advantage of the situation to testify, support the United States (the Coalition for Action to Save Indonesia) and address current government policy issues,” he said.

3. The distribution of Covid-19 cases in South Tangerang, mainly in Pamulang
The South Tangerang City Government, through its Task Force Unit, announced that 1,135 positive cases of Covid-19 have accumulated as of Wednesday (9/30/2020).
The number of Covid-19 cases is distributed in 54 urban villages in 7 sub-districts of the South Tangerang region.
Pamulang district is the region with the highest transmission rate in South Tangerang, which now has a total of 319 positive cases of Covid-19.

In the last six days, that is, from September 25 to 30, 2020, there are 18 residents exposed to the corona virus type 2.
The sub-district with the second highest number of cases in South Tangerang is Pondok Aren, which has registered 293 positive cases of Covid-19.
At least seven people tested positive for Covid-19 in the period from September 25 to 30, 2020.
At the village level, there are three areas that have the highest number of Covid-19 cases, namely Pondok Benda with a total of 70 cases, West Pamulang 64 cases, and East Pamulang 46 cases.

4. There are 75 people exposed to Covid-19 after attending the crowd, the newest group at Pasar Rebo Flats
The provincial government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta has updated the Covid-19 distribution group data.
The data shown on the corona.jakarta.go.id website up to September 30, 2020 is cumulative data on positive Covid-19 cases as of June 4, 2020.
According to those data, 75 people were recorded to have tested positive for Covid-19 after participating in activities that caused crowds, such as halalbihalal and tahlilan.
The data also showed that a new Covid-19 spread cluster of crowd-causing activities occurred at BLK Pasar Rebo Flats in East Jakarta.

There were six people who tested positive for Covid-19 due to the activities of residents at BLK Pasar Rebo Flats.
Five people tested positive for Covid-19 from the August 17 cooking competition group. However, there was no detailed explanation on the location of the cooking competition.
Up to eight people tested positive for Covid-19 from the halalbihalal group at RT 21 RW 03, Kelurahan Kebon Manggis, East Jakarta.
Three Covid-19 positive people from the Thai group in Kalideres, West Jakarta; and 29 positive people from the Thai cluster RT 1 and RT 2 Wijaya Kusuma, West Jakarta.
