Surabaya, CNN Indonesia –
Kasat Sabhara Police Blitar, Deputy Commissioner Agus Tri submitted a letter of resignation as a member of the National Police. The reason was that he admitted that he was not comfortable with the leadership of Blitar’s police chief, Deputy Senior Commissioner Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya.
The resignation letter was sent by Agus to the Chief of the East Java Regional Police, Inspector General Muhammad Fadil Imran, at the East Java Regional Police Headquarters, Surabaya, on Thursday (1/10) afternoon.
“So I came to the East Java Regional Police. I deliberately sent a letter of my resignation as a member of the National Police. Today I officially resigned from the Chief of Police, then a copy to the Chief of Police,” Agus said.
Agus later revealed his reasons for resigning from the National Police unit. He admitted that he did not accept the deal from his leader, namely Blitar AKBP police chief Ahmad Fanani, whom he called arrogant.
“Every time he gets angry and there is something that does not fit, that is a rude curse that is delivered. Sorry sometimes it comes to mention animals, I swear, ”he said.
The last time, Agus even admitted to receiving insults in the form of a fag and weak from the chief of police. It depressed him.
“Last time it was fine for me. I was just saying bencong, useless, queer, weak and others,” he said.
Not only that, as Kapolres Ahmad Fanani also did not give any direction to his subordinates. If subordinates considered it wrong, they would receive scolding and threats of expulsion.
“Actually, if it’s wrong, it’s already being trained. This is being cursed all the time. Sometimes we play it from time to time,” he said.
In addition to resigning, Agus also reported the Blitar police chief to the East Java Police SPKT. Regarding the alleged abandonment of projects and activities that are accumulating large crowds in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Free sand mining, free cockfighting, no warning. Sand mining in Kali Putih and Gandungsari,” he said.
Chief of police raises his voice
Meanwhile, Blitar Police Chief AKBP Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya said that the reason for scolding the Sabhara Kasat, AKP Agus Tri, was because there was a Sabhara member who had long hair.
“I admonished him because his member had long hair. He did not accept it, I consider it an arrogance,” it was reported on Thursday (January 10).
After being reprimanded, Fanani said that Agus had been absent from work for 10 days, since last September 21. She said that Agus did not enter the service deliberately.
“From the 21 [September] for this day [1 Oktober],” he said.
In fact, according to him, his attitude towards Agus is something that a leader commonly does to his members. The reprimand also said that he was still within reasonable limits.
“As a leader, how about warning the members, [masih dalam] “Justification limits, the name of the same subordinate address is like that,” he said.
Furthermore, he emphasized that Agus had also made mistakes. As the Chief of Sabhara, Agus is considered unaware of his main duties.
“How do you want to serve the community? Its members act outside of official service,” he said.
Then, regarding the report on the abandonment of the sand mine, Fanani explained that the mine belonged to residents of the area. So you don’t want to act on it.
“For the people who are the miners, what should we act against? People look for food in the sand, this is a big problem,” he said.
In fact, he accused Agus, who had the ambition to control the mining area, for personal gain and for his children.
“Yes, Mr. Kasat Sabhara wants mine but he doesn’t approve of it, that’s why it is so. Because people do this activity for their food. Not for business. [Agus] “Wanting mine is not accepted either, due to the arrogance of the Sabhara Kasat,” he said.
Now, Fanani leaves all decisions to the East Java Regional Police. He was willing to go directly to the Regional Police to provide information on the controversy that took place in the Blitar Police.
