Chelsea travel to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League Cup knockout stages. The Blues lead 1-0 in the first half thanks to Timo Werner.
Tottenham vs Chelsea, which took place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, on Wednesday (9/30/2020) at the morning WIB, was tight in the first 10 minutes. The two teams fight each other in the midfield.

Tottenham almost leveled the score in the 22nd minute. Gedson Fernandes managed to dribble the ball into Chelsea’s penalty area and got closer to the goal. The ball could not be shot after falling after Kurt Zouma interrupted its movement.
The pace of the match slowed down after half an hour. Chelsea still took control of the ball, but it was difficult to get into the last third of Tottenham’s defense.
Chelsea was caught off guard in the 34th minute. Tottenham’s attack posed a threat to Eduardo Mendy’s goal and Erik Lamela cleared a shot that failed to produce a goal.
Tottenham are really playing to wait despite trailing 0-1. José Mourinho’s team never strayed from the center line when Chelsea had the ball. The visitors were forced several times to throw long passes into the penalty area.
There were no additional goals in the first half. Chelsea led 1-0 until the break.
