Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said Iran was carefully inspecting goods crossing its borders.
“Iran will not allow weapons or ammunition to be shipped,” he said at a press conference in Tehran, quoted by Anatolia, Tuesday (29/9/2020).
The spokesman said that non-military goods were still crossing between Iran and neighboring countries as usual, adding that trucks suspected of carrying weapons were carrying normal commercial goods.
