Crotone –
AC Milan managed to beat Crotone 2-0 in day second in Serie A 2020/2021. The two goals of the Rossoneri victory were scored by Franck Kessie and Brahim Diaz
Milan will travel to Stadio Ezio Scida to challenge Crotone on Sunday (9/27/2020) WIB afternoon. Il Diavolo still does not have Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who tested positive for COVID-19.
Still, Ibrahimovic’s absence didn’t really affect Milan’s game. They seemed to be pushing by throwing 10 shot attempts with six In the White. Much commensurate with Crotone, who had a hard time presenting a threat after failing to shoot at Milan’s goal.

They only lose on goal difference against Naples at the top of the standings. Meanwhile, Crotone is buried at the end of qualifying with no points yet.
The course of the match
Milan opened up opportunities in the 8th minute through Hakan Calhanoglu’s long-distance effort. However, the Turkish player’s kick was rejected by Crotone goalkeeper Alex Cordaz.
Cordaz was again able to resist Milan’s onslaught at the start of the match. He deflected a horizontal kick from Brahim Díaz that received a ball from Sandro Tonali in the 14th minute.
Crotone, who tried to escape Milan’s pressure, tried to threaten through Junior Messias’ action in the 21st minute. He made a stab from the right side of Il Diavolo’s defense, but the shot was still over from the goal of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Going into the middle of the first half, Milan were still dominant. In the 37th minute, Ante Rebic is free in the penalty area after receiving a deep pass. Rebic’s effort couldn’t pose a threat as Cordaz quickly caught the ball.
Continuing the attack, Milan received a penalty at the end of the first half. This happened after Rebic was raped by Luca Marrone. Franck Kessie stepped in as a kicker.

Five minutes into the second half, Milan managed to double the position. Building on Alexis Saelemaekers’ effort to send a bait, the ball that Calhanoglu tried to catch was actually tackled by Luca Cigarini.
However, the wild ball then went to Brahim Díaz who was standing in front of the goal. Turning around, Diaz took off the kick.
Goal!! Diaz’s shot lodged in the right corner of Crotone’s goal in the 50th minute. Milan doubled the lead 2-0.
In the 57th minute, Milan had to lose the injured Rebic. Pioli then included Lorenzo Colombo as a substitute.

Rebic’s defeat made it difficult for Milan to create dangerous opportunities. Meanwhile, Crotone slowly began to develop the game.
Simon Kjaer almost scored an own goal in the 81st minute. He was not good enough to block a Salvatore Molina cross from the right. Fortunately, the ball narrowly missed Donnarumma’s goal.
In the remaining time, no additional goals were created. Score 2-0 for Milan to end the match.
