JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Program Implementation Management Pre-Work Card (PMO) has opened the registration of participants for lot 10. Participant registration is open from Saturday (9/26/2020) at noon to 12.00 WIB.

The coordinating Minister of Economy, Airlangga, reported that the batch of 10 pre-employment cards had a remaining quota of 116,261 people. The absorption in wave 10 completes the 100 percent absorption of waves 1-9.

“Therefore, the total quota for recipients of pre-work cards for fiscal year 2020 is complete,” Airlangga said in a press release on Sunday (9/27/2020).

Meanwhile, the Pre-Employment Card program, which officially began accepting registration on April 11, 2020, has currently absorbed 98 percent of the total Pre-Employment Card recipients in 2020. Each batch of registration generally has a quota of 800,000 participants.

The total number of beneficiaries of the pre-employment card after the close of registration for lot 9 on September 21 has reached 5,480,918 or 98 percent of the total quota in 2020 which amounted to 5,597,183 people.

As of September 25, 2020 at 09.00 WIB, the number of applicants through the Pre-Work Card program website reached 30,044,167 people.

“This easy registration is very important to provide broad community access to various trainings to support the ideals of Excellent HR, Advanced Indonesia,” said Airlangga.

Subsequently, all recipients of the pre-employment card must use the aid to attend the first training within 30 days of receiving the pre-employment card. Failure to do so will revoke your participation.

It was recorded that the participation of 189,436 people was revoked, or the equivalent of 3.46 percent of the total beneficiaries of pre-employment cards, lot 1-9, totaling 5,480,918 people.

From this withdrawal of participation, a total of Rs 672,497,800,000 has been returned to the General State Treasury Account (RKUN). The Employment Creation Committee will decide how and when the funds returned to this RKUN will be recovered and allocated to other participants.

For information, pre-employment card participants will receive incentives in the form of government assistance of 3.55 million IDR.

In detail, participants will receive training assistance money of IDR 1 million, post-training incentives of IDR 600,000 per month for four months, and survey incentives of IDR 50,000 for three times. Overall, the government has allocated 20 billion IDR for the program.
