JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has disbursed IDR 600,000 stage 4 wage subsidies. The goal is for more than 15 million workers to receive BLT IDR 600,000.
Employee wage subsidies are distributed in several stages. The government emphasized that the aid disbursement of Rp.600,000 will be received by the workers at the end of September 2020.

- Open the official Kemnaker page at kemnaker.go.id
- Click the “Register” button at the top right of the website.
- Complete the account registration by filling in the NIK and the name of the father, either father or mother
- Click “Register Now”
- When finished, the Ministry of Manpower will send an OTP code that will be sent via SMS to the mobile number that has been previously registered
- Activate the account after obtaining the OTP code
- Go back to the Kemanker.go.id page and click the “Login or Login” button
- You must complete the form fields on the website which are divided into 7 stages. Make sure that all the fields are completed with complete and correct information, starting with the profile photo, marital status, level of education, occupation and others.
- After completing everything, your notification status will appear in board Are you included in the list of beneficiaries of the wage subsidy aid proposed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to the Ministry of Manpower?
- In board There is a “submit complaint” button if you are already registered in the Ministry of Manpower system but have not received a wage subsidy.
Rs 600,000 Wage Subsidy Recipients Update
The Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah said that the disbursement of the BLT salary subsidy of Rs 600,000 continues and is currently included in the fourth stage of the distribution of the Subsidiary Wage Assistance (BSU).

“The Ministry of Manpower has distributed the stage 4 salary or wage subsidy. The data integrity verification has been completed. Of the 2.8 million data of the fourth stage receiver, 2.65 million of people have complete data and have processed the disbursement to KPPN, “Ida explained in her statement.
Even so, Ida continued, there are still hundreds of thousands of workers in the fourth distribution stage who are confirmed not to have been able to receive assistance of Rp.600,000 because the data needs to be re-verified at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
“The remaining 150,000 are returned to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to complete the data, this is done so that the recipients of wage subsidies are on target,” said the politician from the National Awakening Party (PKB).
He said that the distribution of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan salary subsidies was carried out immediately after the validation and verification process was completed within 4 working days.
BLT disbursements were made through state banks that are members of Himbara. For recipients with private bank accounts, the BPJS BLT will be distributed to the worker accounts of 4 state banks.

“According to the technical guidelines, the Ministry of Manpower has a maximum period of 4 days to Check list. The Ministry of Manpower has also submitted data on the fourth stage of the potential recipient to the KPPN to make payments through state banks, the bank will distribute them to the accounts of each recipient, both fellow Himbara banks and other private banks. ” Ida explained.
Ida then explained the progress of the entire disbursement of the Rs 600,000 salary subsidy from the first to the fourth stage. With the receipt of data on the fourth stage of candidates for wage subsidy beneficiaries, the Ministry of Labor has generally received 11.8 million data on wage subsidy beneficiaries.

Ida continued, for the realization of the disbursement of the salary subsidy of stage 2 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, had reached 2,980,913 or 99.36 percent of the total of 3 million beneficiaries.
Also, for the BLT stage 3 wage subsidy disbursement of Rs 600,000, it has reached 3,356,866 or 95 percent of the total BPJS beneficiaries of 3.5 million workers.
“The total wage subsidies for stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 have been distributed as much as 8,822,208 or 96.89 percent of the total number of beneficiaries of 9 million beneficiaries,” Ida said.
