Police arrested EF, a viral suspect who harassed LHI victims, at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang city. The EF suspect was arrested while with a woman.
“The person in question was arrested together with a friend who was in the Balige area, in a temporary residence or in a pension,” the head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Metropolitan Police of Soekarno-Hatta Airport said on Friday. Alex explained that the suspect was arrested by Garuda Satreskrim’s team at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police in Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra, on Friday (9/25) this morning. Upon arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, the suspect was taken to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police.
“We will now take the person in question or the suspect to the Soekarno-Hatta airport police headquarters for investigators to obtain information,” he said.
“Hopefully, with the arrest of the alleged criminal act, what is the series of criminal acts, how this happened and many other questions can be answered immediately so that we can transmit it again to the public,” he continued.
Surveillance detikcomOn Friday (9/25), EF arrived at Terminal 2E Soetta at 1:10 PM WIB. EF was escorted by several armed policemen.
EF wears a white suit and a red hat with a mask. She seemed to be carrying a pink bag.
EF only bowed when the military took him away. EF’s hands were covered with black cloth.
After arriving at the airport, EF was immediately taken to the Soetta Airport Police by car. EF will undergo further testing.
EF has been named a suspect in the abuse case. He was charged with multiple clauses for abuse, extortion and fraud.
“(Item imposed on suspect) harassment at (Item) 289 and / or (Item) 294,” said Soekarno-Hatta AKP Airport Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Alexander Yurikho detikcom, Thursday (24/9).
Additionally, EF was charged with extortion clauses.
“And / or extortion in (Article) 368 KUHP and / or (Article) 378 KUHP in fraud,” Yurikho added.
Article 289 of the Penal Code says:
“Who by force or threat of violence forces someone to commit or tolerate the act of obscenity, is punished for committing an act that violates the honor of decency with a maximum penalty of nine years.”
