DIY NEWS – The Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs provided presidential assistance (banpres) of Rs 2.4 million for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The way to register for this assistance is quite easy, but there are conditions that the community must meet.

This direct cash assistance (BLT) has been provided to 5.9 million microentrepreneurs with a total budget of IDR 14.18 trillion.

However, there is still a quota of 3.2 million more MSMEs that can receive this assistance, because the target recipient is 5.9 million people.

“Banpres is expected for 9.1 million micro-enterprises, which reached Rs 22 trillion in this first phase, no later than September 30, 2020, all have been distributed”, said the special staff of the Ministry of Cooperatives-UKM , Riza Damanik on FMB9, Tuesday, September 22, 2020.

“The government provides assistance to 12 million microenterprises, each microenterprise receives Rp 2.4 million. For the first stage, the government provides assistance to 9.16 million microenterprises. Of these 9.16 million microenterprises, as of September 21 By 2020, 64.50 percent or 5,909,647 microenterprises have received assistance, ”added Riza.
