Milan –
The signing of Arturo Vidal by Inter Milan is one step away from materializing. The Chilean midfielder has landed in Milan to complete his transfer from Barcelona.
In Inter’s social networks, Vidal has presented himself as a potential new player. The 33-year-old has also greeted the Nerazzurri fans on his arrival.
“Hello Inter, I’m here,” he said in a short video.

Vidal’s own transfer has been extending since last season. The former Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus and Bayern Munich player was even linked to Inter in the January transfer window.
At that time, coach Antonio Conte was eager to sign him. However, his transfer was canceled, so Vidal stayed at Barcelona until the end of the season.
This summer, Vidal was also originally linked to Juventus. Coach Andrea Pirlo was rumored to love him, before Inter finally backed off and secured his signature.
Inter himself reportedly redeemed Vidal from Barcelona for just 1 million euros. In fact, his contract will expire next season, or there is only one year left.
Vidal himself has defended Barcelona since 2018. In total, he played 96 times and scored 11 goals, and helped win the 2018/2019 Spanish League trophy and the Italian Super Cup.
Vidal has also become Inter’s ninth signing this summer. Previously, the giants of the Italian League had recruited Achraf Hakimi, Stefano Sensi, the permanent Alexis Sánchez, Darian Males and Aleksandar Kolarov.
