Jakarta, CNN Indonesia –
President Director Job BPJS Agus Susanto said that 145,000 more people confirmed the receipt of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) after they stopped participating before June 30, 2020.
Agus claimed that those eligible for subsidized assistance were actually registered participants as of June 2020. However, after June 2020, it turned out that many had left BP Jamsostek and were thus unable to receive BLT.
“The effort that BP Jamsostek makes is to provide them with information, through SMS. We send an SMS, private linkso they can open the link. Currently it is noted that there are about 400 thousand links. There are 150 thousand who have already responded, comfirm. So there are 150 thousand more who will receive a salary subsidy ”, said Agus.
Agus revealed that so far his party is still looking for the phone numbers of beneficiaries who drop or resign BPJS and Ketenagakerjaan participants. Because, when they confirm that they have stopped participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, the salary subsidy can be transferred to other employees with a salary of IDR 5 million.
“So there is no phone number, we are looking for it through the branch. In the meantime, there are 150,000 more fees that can be diverted,” added Agus.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan said workers who have left membership still have the opportunity to receive direct cash assistance (BLT) worth IDR 600 thousand per month. As long as they are registered as active members on June 30.
“For workers who are inactive after June 30, from July 1 to September, it turns out that there are workers who have resigned. But on June 30 we lowered the money, they were stillcapture, so they can still get help, “he said.
He appealed to the recipient of the SMS to ensure that the sender of the SMS is BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. If confirmed, they can verify the data according to the link sent.
“We took the initiative to send the good news to the workers who had left but still had the right to receive assistance, so we sent the SMS. After receiving the SMS we asked for confirmation,” he explained.
