For being banned, Bambang Trihatmodjo sues the Minister of Finance

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Former President Soeharto’s third son, Bambang Trihatmodjo, filed a lawsuit against the Indonesian Minister of Finance with the State Administrative Court (PTUN).

Mayangsari’s husband’s lawsuit is registered under number 179 / G / 2020 / PTUN.JKT. Based on the official website of PTUN Bambang, he filed a lawsuit on September 15, 2020.

Bambang’s lawsuit was filed due to his ban by the Minister of Finance regarding the 1997 SEA Games.

In his lawsuit, Bambang asked the PTUN panel of judges to fully grant the plaintiff’s claim.

Bambang also asked the judge to declare null and void Decree No. 108 / KM.6 / 2020 of the Minister of Finance of May 27, 2020 regarding the “Stipulation of the extension of the prevention of travel outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia against Bambang Trihatmodjo as president of the Consortium of Organizers of the Marine Games XIX Year 1997 in the Framework of Management of State Accounts Receivable.
