Now the conflict has cooled a bit as Turkey withdraws the reconnaissance ship Oruc Reis from the disputed waters.
The withdrawal of Oruc Reis from the Mediterranean Sea was welcomed by the Greek government.
This is because the reconnaissance ship Oruc Reis, whose investigation in disputed areas in the eastern Mediterranean has become the root of the problems between Ankara and Athens.

Akar said that the ship’s return to shore was in fact part of a scheduled plan and insisted that this did not mean that Ankara “gave up its rights there.”
