MANTRA SUKABUMI – BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is reported to have blacked out 1.77 million data on potential recipients of direct cash assistance (BLT) for workers earning less than 5 million IDR.
This was done because potential beneficiaries of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BLT did not meet the criteria stipulated in the Ministry of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) Number 14 of 2020.
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan explained that of the 1.77 million workers who were blacked out because they had an income or salary of IDR 5 million.

While in the Permenaker it is established that one of the conditions to receive direct cash assistance are private employees or workers who have income from a company less than 5 million rupees.
In Permenaker Issue 14 of 2020, some of the requirements for prospective BPJS employment BLT recipients are:
* Indonesian citizen evidenced by a National Identity Number (NIK);
* Registered as a participating social security worker who is still active in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as evidenced by a membership card number;
