The Ministry of Manpower continues to accelerate the process of disbursement of wages / wage subsidies for workers / day laborers whose wages are less than 5 million IDR. This subsidy is a form of government assistance for workers / workers in managing the impact of Covid-19.
The Head of the Public Relations Office of the Ministry of Manpower, Soes Hindharno, revealed that, according to data from the Ministry of Manpower as of September 10, 2020, the realization of the stage I salary / salary subsidies had reached 2,479,261 people or 99.17 percent of the total stage I recipients of 2.5 people.
Then, for stage II, the distribution has reached 2,768,965 people or 92.30 percent of the total recipients of stage II of 3 million people. The total of stages I and II was 5,248,226 or 95.4% of the total of 5.5 million beneficiaries.
