KOMPAS.com – Monster Energy Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi moved up the MotoGP rankings after competing in the San Marino GP.
Valentino Rossi finished fourth in the race that took place at the Misano Circuit, San Marino, on Sunday (9/13/2020).
These results bring Rossi up one place to sixth in the MotoGP standings with an additional 13 points. The runner nicknamed The Doctor is now accumulating 58 points.
As for Fabio Quartararo, who previously led the classification, he was overtaken by Andrea Dovizioso.

Fabio Quartararo was unable to finish due to a single accident, while Dovizioso finished seventh.
Thus, Andrea Dovizioso already has 76 points. The Ducati rider was six points ahead of Fabio Quartararo.
Meanwhile, third place in the MotoGP standings has not changed. Jack Miller, who finished ninth, scored an additional seven points.
As a result, he remains third in the 2020 MotoGP standings with a collection of 63 points.
Completing the top five are Joan Mir in fourth (60 points) and Maverick Vinales in fifth with a collection of 58 points.

San Marino MotoGP champion Franco Morbidelli climbed to seventh place with a record 57 points.
Previously, Franco Morbidelli was in 11th place before the San Marino MotoGP took place.
