“Markets and shopping malls can operate, with a maximum capacity limit of 50% of visitors being in the same location,” said DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan during a press conference at DKI City Hall, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, on Sunday (9/13/2020).
