KOMPAS.com – The incessant corona virus pandemic has made several countries decide to close their territorial doors to migrants coming from certain countries.
More recently, Malaysia decided to ban citizens of 23 countries, including Indonesia, from entering its territory.
The countries that are prohibited are those with coronavirus cases of more than 150,000.

1. Malaysia
Malaysia does not allow migrants from 23 countries with Covid-19 cases above 150,000 to enter its territory as of today, Monday (7/9/2020).

2. Japan
The same applies to Japan. The Land of the Rising Sun has issued a ban on traveling or visiting foreigners from more than 100 countries, including Indonesia.
This prohibition is temporary and exceptions apply.
This means that if there are certain interests that get permission to enter, then someone can still enter Japan.
The ban also applies to foreigners who come from countries that are not banned, but have just visited one of the countries that are on the banned list at least 14 days before landing in Japan.
3. Saudi Arabia
Based on information IATA Travel Center, Monday (7/9/2020), Saudi Arabia has not opened its doors to any international flights, even from Indonesia.
Exceptions are made for flights of a technical, humanitarian, medical and evacuation nature, as well as repatriation flights.
These international flights are still allowed, but must obtain approval from the GACA airport authority.
4. Australia
The fourth country that Indonesian citizens cannot visit is Australia.
Quoted from the information contained in the Safe Travel application of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu), as of March 20, 2020, Australia announced the prohibition of entry of all foreigners to the territory of its country.
Previously, Australia only imposed the ban in several countries with the highest cases of infection, such as China, Iran, Italy and South Korea.
5. Brunei Darussalam
The fifth is Brunei Darussalam. This royal state prohibits visits and transits in its territory to all foreigners, including Indonesian citizens.
If there is a WNA who is in urgent need and must go to Brunei Darussalam, it is recommended to apply to the Immigration Department by submitting the application form and supporting documents.
