The four factions are Golkar, PAN, NasDem, and PSI. Despite being rejected, DKI Jakarta DPRD President Prasetio Edi still validates the PA2PBD 2019 because the number of DKI Jakarta DPRD members still meets the quorum.

After it was approved, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan went directly to the podium to give a speech. Anies is grateful that the DPRD has ratified the P2APBD.
