Mellya’s appeal against Ustaz Abdul Somad Batubara or known as UAS was rejected by the Supreme Court (MA). As a result, the divorce filed by UAS with Mellya was legally and legally divorced by the state.

3. Alimony over time iddah for an amount of IDR 15 million.
4. The cost of housing (maskan) and clothing (kiswah) during the period iddah 15 million rupees.

As is known, UAS married Mellya in 2016. From that marriage, they were blessed with a son. Over time, the fall of the home cracked and led to the UAS divorce.

Mallya did not accept it and submitted an objection to the Religious Court of Bangkinang (PA). However, Mellya’s efforts ran aground. PA Bangkinang divorced the two at the end of 2019.

Mellya did not accept and filed an appeal. But the Pekanbaru High Religious Court (PTA) rejected Mellya’s appeal. Mellya took the last step in filing an appeal, but was unsuccessful.
