This is because a woman suspected of committing obscenities was forced to take off her clothes and was paraded by residents.

Unfortunately, when the woman was parading down the street, the children also followed her.

West Sumatra Regional Police Chief of Public Relations Kombes Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto said the incident occurred on Sunday (8/30/2020) around 2:00 p.m. WIB.

Currently, the police have been deployed on the ground to investigate the case.

From the temporary information obtained, the case occurred because the neighbors were furious.

This is because the residents had already captured and warned the obnoxious couple. But he was ignored and they even repeated his actions again.

“In the past, the residents were captured. They were given a warning, but then they were captured again for the residents to parade them down the street. But now Ninik Mamak solved it and got married,” explained Stefanus.

Although the case has been resolved by customary officials when the victim is married, his party still regrets the surveillance action carried out by the residents of the place.

In addition, when the victim was paraded without a shirt, it was also recorded and disseminated by neighbors on social networks.

“The couple has been married. Police are investigating the criminal element regarding the distribution of this video on social media,” Stefanus said.
