“The September stimulus can be enjoyed, because this program is an extension, PLN is optimistic that it will not experience problems, both in terms of preparation time and technical implementation,” it said in a written statement, on Wednesday (9/2 / 2020).

Agung again recalled that the amount of tokens delivered was 100 percent of the highest average customer usage between January and March 2020 for 450 VA power customers and 50 percent for 900 power customers. Subsidized VA.

The way to claim free tokens through the website is as follows.

  1. Open www. pln.co.id then select the Covid-19 stimulus menu (free / discount tokens).
  2. Enter customer ID or meter number.
  3. The free tokens will be displayed on the screen.
  4. Customers only need to enter the free token into the meter according to the customer ID.

Additionally, stimulus recipients can also use WhatsApp service to obtain electricity tokens in the following ways.

  1. Open the WhatsApp application.
  2. Chat on WhatsApp at 08122-123-123, follow the instructions, one of which is to enter the customer ID.
  3. A free token will appear
  4. Customers only need to enter the free token in the meter according to the customer ID.

Meanwhile, to reach customers in remote areas, PLN will also work with government officials at the district, village and sub-district levels to ensure that electrical assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic is acceptable to the public.

“We will continue to make sure that the community can accept this electrical stimulus, so that it can ease the burden amid the Covid-19 pandemic,” Agung said.
