JAKARTA – Labor Minister (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah said that a salary subsidy or direct cash assistance (BLT) of Rp. 600,000 has been distributed to 1.9 million accounts. Where the distribution has been made since yesterday.
“Out of the 1.9 million beneficiaries, I think a lot of them are private banks. So that doesn’t mean that private banks are not a priority,” Ida said at the DPR RI building, Jakarta, on Wednesday (9 / 2/2020).

He emphasized that government banks are channeling the banks. From the channeling bank, it will be sent directly to the workers’ accounts.
“There are worker accounts with government and private bank accounts. We do not differentiate or require that the recipient’s account be from a state bank,” Ida said.

He said it would be easier if the accounts had the same bank code. However, if the bank code is different, the transfer time is certainly different for bank accounts other than Himbara banks.
The rest, Ida said, if there is data like an inactive account, it will be returned to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to be released to the workers.
“So, here we pass it on to co-workers. Give an active account number that is the most important, which facilitates the transfer to co-workers ”, he concluded.
