TASIK CITY – Finally, the enigma of the murder of a young woman’s body found floating in the Cihandiwung fish pond, Sukamaju Kaler, Indihiang, Tasikmalaya City, was fully revealed.
Early Wednesday morning (09/02), the perpetrator, EB alias Aan, was arrested by the Tasikmalaya Police Task Force Sergap (Buser) at his home in Sindangkerta Cipatujah, Tasik Regency.
Suspect EB, who is a cilok worker, admitted to investigators that he killed victim KA (21), a resident of Cilembang, Cihideung, because he wanted to steal and took the clothes that the victim had brought.
According to the Kasatreskrim of the Tasikmalaya Police, AKP Yusuf Ruhimat, the day before the murder, the victim arrived at Cilembang Terminal in the evening after meeting her adoptive mother in Cirebon.
The victim was waiting for his relative who lived in Cilembang. Because the victim once again forgot where his relative lived because he lived with his parents from a very young age.
However, the victim was at the elementary school in Tasik City. Later, he moved to Cirebon.
When he arrived in Cilembang in the evening, the victim was sitting alone in a tent.
“When the victim was confused, the perpetrator who was panicked and chased by debt saw the bundle that the victim had brought. The perpetrator suspects that the package contains valuable items, ”Yusuf told radartasikmalaya.com on Wednesday (02/09) afternoon.
Yusuf continued, who was known during the presentation of the case, then the perpetrator pretended to know the victim and would take him to his relative’s house.
However, the author took the victim to Situ Gede and then reached the train tracks in Cihandiwung.
“While on the tarmac, the perpetrator took steps to remove the victim’s luggage. However, the victim screamed. Panic, the aggressor immediately strangled the victim and dragged her to death, “he explained.
After that, Yusuf added, the perpetrator dumped the victim’s body into a fish pond. The perpetrator then ordered the victim’s luggage.
After collecting good clothes, the perpetrators rushed to the Karlis market to sell.
“I sold clothes for the victim for 115,000 rupees. Then the perpetrator uses the money to return to his hometown and pay off the debt,” he added.
It was clear that Yusuf, the victim and the perpetrator did not know each other but claimed to know the victim’s family member and would take him to his relative’s home. The victim died empty-handed.
“The author is threatened with 15 years in prison for violating article 365 of violence that causes the death of a person and article 338 of murder,” he explained.
Meanwhile, the author of the EB admitted all his actions. He said that he was forced to commit the crime because he had a debt of 3 million rupees. Meanwhile, his business was quiet.
“I’m confused, sir, I have no money. Persecuted by debt collectors. So I tried to steal the victim’s property. Sorry, sir you did that. I am so sorry sir,” he explained.
