GKR is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol while attempting to steal the victim’s cell phone and television. At that moment, the victim caught GKR.
The two were involved pushing each other until the victim fell and allegedly choked on a rope. In that incident, the victim died.
“Then the suspect raped the victim once,” Ary said in her written statement.
GKR tried to escape when the police were looking for evidence. When they took him to Doom Halte Harbor, GKR again tried to escape and tried to take firearms from the police.

Edo Kondologit emotion
Knowing the incident that happened to his brother-in-law, Edo was not silent.
Edo demands justice for the death of his brother-in-law. Edo’s emotional video of the event went viral on social media.
“We demand justice, the family will take this process. We will sue Propam, we will sue Polda, Polsek,” he said.
There are several things that you think are unacceptable in this incident.
Among other things, the reason why the police shot his brother-in-law in the leg so that he would not escape.
“Inside the police station, yes, outside no. Still pending, being shot was an excuse to flee. How you ran, you shot in both legs,” Edo said. Tribunnews.com, Monday (8/31/2020).
“What is the reason, how serious was the offense of shooting two of them, in fact, this police is a judge, they cannot do that,” he said.
He questioned the responsibility of the police in the GKR case.
“It is so convoluted, they have never been exposed. They are the reason (for being persecuted) because they are detained. After all, are detainees allowed to beat them? Are the prisoners under your supervision, is there CCTV, how is that you leave them, do you want to wash your hands? ” Edo said.
“Because the one who provoked his blood was mistreated by the prisoners, they must be people who died. Since the morning he has not eaten, he has not eaten, also the influence of drugs, alcohol, torture like that ”, Edo explained.
