TRIBUNNEWS.COM – Good news, this week, the government will again disburse direct cash assistance (BLT) of 600 lakhs for workers with wages below 5 million rupees.
In this disbursement of batch II, there will be 3 million workers whose account numbers will be transferred by BLT of Rp 1.2 million.
“This week we are asking for 3 million data on inbound workers for us to process further, hopefully not just 2.5 million data, but 3 million data to accelerate uptake (BLT disbursement),” said the Minister of Mano de Artwork, Ida Fauziyah to Antara. Monday (8/31/2020), quoted in Kompas.com.
Ida Fauziyah asked the workers to be patient because the disbursement process was carried out in stages.
The first phase of the BLT disbursement process of Rp 600 thousand (September-October) with a total of 15.7 million beneficiaries is scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2020.

The disbursement of Rp.600 thousand BLT for 3 million workers this week will increase the number of workers who have received BLT.
Last week, 2.5 million workers received BLT with a total fund received of Rp 1.2 million per worker.
In the first batch, the recipients were employees who had accounts in state banks, namely: Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI and Bank BTN.
As for the second batch disbursement this week, it is not yet known which bank accounts will receive the BLT.
