The last point, if there is a significant increase in cases, then the PSBB can be stopped. This termination is based on the monitoring and evaluation results of the Covid-19 Management Acceleration Working Group at the provincial level.

“So implementation can be stopped during the transition period, as indicated in the first or second opinion,” he said.

This decree was promulgated on August 27, 2020 and then entered into force on August 28, 2020.

Data from the Covid 19 Management Working Group showed that 1,049 people were infected with Covid 19 as of Aug 31, 2020. Of these, there were 40,086 cumulative cases in DKI Jakarta at 12.00 WIB.

Then there were 30,538 cases that were declared cured. Additionally, the cumulative death toll was 1,197 cases in Jakarta.

Meanwhile, nationwide, 174,796 people have confirmed positive cases and 125,959 people have been declared cured. 7,417 people have died and 79,320 people are suspected of Covid nationwide.
