Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Shinzo Abe finally gave up. The man who was born in Tokyo 65 years ago resigned as Prime Minister of Japan, a position he has held since 2012.
The health factor was the main reason why Abe decided keprabon extender. Inflammatory bowel disease (ultracerative colitis) suffered since she was a teenager made Abe feel unable to work harder at high intensity.
Abe’s decision to resign received a response from world leaders. US President Donald Trump says he has a good relationship with Abe. Trump said love for the country was the reason for Abe’s resignation.
“I’m sad because of course (his illness) was so serious that he was forced to resign. Abe loved his country so much and I can’t imagine seeing him go,” Trump said, quoted by the Japan Times.
President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) also encouraged him. Jokowi assessed that Abe has an important role in relations between Indonesia and Japan.
“Prime Minister Abe was one of the first leaders I met while serving as president in 2014. Under his leadership, we have seen stronger relations between Indonesia and Japan. Thank you Prime Minister. Always pray for his health,” Jokowi tweeted.
Abe was Prime Minister of Japan for 2,883 days. This made him the longest-serving prime minister in Japanese history, breaking Katsura Taro’s record.
Nearly eight years of leadership in Japan have demonstrated the confidence of the people. Government effectiveness index (Government effectiveness index) in the period 2012-2018 the average was 1.68. Higher than the average of the previous six years, namely 1.49.
