YAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Receipt of benefits. This is the reason for the seven fake Covid-19 certificate vendors.
The seven perpetrators are known to have been recently arrested by the police in Bali.
“The motive of the perpetrators is to obtain economic benefits. By (false) statement it is sold at a price of Rp 100,000 to Rp 300,000,” said the Head of the Public Information Division of the Public Relations Commissioner of the National Police (Pol) Ahmad Ramadhan via video conference on Friday (5/15/2020).

Ramadan explained that the seven people had been named suspects.
They consist of two cases. The first case involved three suspects and was handled by the Jembrana Regional Police.
Initially, the police received information about the purchase and sale transactions of fake health certificates to Gilimanuk market travel drivers.
The suspect FMN (35) was then caught while conducting a transaction. FMN is known to work as a travel driver.

The police then arrested suspect PB (20) as a travel organizer and SW (30) who worked as an entrepreneur in the printing field.
The three suspects were arrested in Jembrana on Thursday (05/14/2020) yesterday.
Also the same day, police arrested four suspects in each home who were not mentioned in detail.
