These conditions drew the attention of the members of the DPR to the Ombudsman. In response, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and the Ministry of Transport raised their voices. The queue occurs because potential passengers must meet the conditions before boarding the plane.

PT Angkasa Pura II also emphasized that airports always operate by referring to the Minister of Transport Regulation No. 18/2020 on the control of transport in the context of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
