DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued a regulation on the imposition of sanctions against PSBB offenders during the Corona virus pandemic. The regulation was stipulated in the 2020 Jakarta DKI Governor’s Regulation No. 41 on the imposition of sanctions for violating the implementation of PSBB in the management of the 2019 crown virus disease (COVID-19) in the DKI province. The following sanctions are for citizens to leave without a mask:
to. written administrative warning,
b. social work in the form of cleaning public facilities wearing a vest; or
c. administrative fines of at least Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand) and a maximum of Rp 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupees).
