The Representative of the Indonesian Ombudsman in Central Java also spoke about Governor Ganjar Pranowo asking Secretary of Blora to resign via social media. The Ombudsman requested that the controversy be resolved properly.

“We, the Ombudsman, suggest that the inter-institutions be resolved properly. Due to this situation, a good synergy is needed between the central and district / city governments,” said the Assistant Ombudsman of Indonesia for the Representative of Central Java, Sabarudin Hulu, when contacted. Regarding Ganjar’s attitude in a viral video, Sabarudin also evaluated the positive side. In other words, Ganjar as a regional chief who is an extension of the central government wants to communicate with local officials and respond quickly.

“I see from the positive side, when that happens, there is a need that must be addressed quickly and precisely. Because it is related to community assistance,” he explained.
