YAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The Project Management Office (PMO) of the Workers Card program indicated that to date only the post-training incentive fund of Rp 600,000 has been transferred to 51,255 participants.

In fact, the number of participants in waves I and II reached 456,256. However, only 219,489 participants completed 1 training to qualify for the incentive disbursement.

Of that number, only 132,509 participants have registered for an account electronic wallet or a bank account at a paying partner or through the Employment Card site.

Panji CEO, director of administrative management communication Winanteya Ruky requested that participants in e-wallet account registration use the same Resident Identification Number (NIK) ID card that is registered as a pre-employment card.

Therefore, management implementation can ensure that the incentive money is distributed to the target.

“For a few days now, the posting to the Isntagram card account has reminded participants that they should immediately verify e-wallet accounts when using e-wallets. For bank accounts, BNI has conducted KYC (Know your client) according to BI (Bank Indonesia) rules, “Panji explained in a video conference on Monday (05/11/2020).

“For e-wallets, not all are registered and go through the KYC process, that is, with photo IDs and selfies so that we and the payment partners can verify, and the people who actually have identification cards and are registered as account holders who will receive incentives. ” Panji explained.

For registration, until the end of the year, the government aims for 5.6 million participants to receive benefits from the Job Card, with a budget of Rp 20 billion.

From this budget, each participant received a total incentive of Rp 3,550,000. It consists of Rp. 1 million for training costs, Rp. 600,000 per person per month for post-training incentives, which will be awarded for four months or a total of Rp. 2.4 million. The rest of Rp 150,000 is a survey incentive.

For now, the PMO is still in the data processing process for participants in Phase III of the Pre-Employment Card.

Panji said that for the third wave of which 300,000 participants were planned to be examined, only about 224,000 participants would pass.

“So Menko Minister Airlangga Hartarto’s Wave III target is 300,000, but after checking between the KTP photos with dukcapil data there are approximately 224,000 people who will enter Wave III, the data came at 16.00 WIB. It should be today or at least tomorrow morning it can be finished, “he said.
