In connection with the incident, the Jakarta DKI Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) did not impose sanctions on McDonald’s Sarinah’s management regarding the crowd around the fast food restaurant building.

According to DKI Jakarta Kasatpol PP Arifin, the Administration only received a severe reprimand for conducting ceremonial activities.
