It turned out that Campursari not only made Didi Kempot achieve extraordinary success. But Campursari also brought Didi Kempot and his second wife, Yan Vellia.
When she met at AFP at her home on Sunday (05/10/2020) night, Yan Vellia said that her meeting with the man named Didi Prasetyo started from the music stage.
He remembers very well, in 1998, when the Station Race song was great. It was then that Didi Kempot made a musical tour of various regions.

Yan was a dangdut singer of the OM Ervana 87 group. That music group accompanied Didi Kempot to perform in various venues.
“So Didi went up through the Balapan station, the tour was accompanied by my dangdut group, Ervana 87. So he was found on stage,” said Yan.
Then they decided to get married in 2005. They now have two children, Saka and Seka, ages 10 and 3.
Yan said: Didi Kempot had made him a song that was quite famous at the time, namely Pokoke Melu. In that song, Yan and Didi duet.
He also claimed to know a lot about how Didi Kempot’s songs were created. Yan often accompanied Didi while he was in the music studio.
“From Sewu Kuto, I know. But Didi, when I make a song, a line, a verse. Later I go to the studio, I go out again, I keep quiet, I go back to the studio. Before, when I had no children, I used to be friends with the studio, “he said.
The ideas for the song, Yan said, come from the experience of friends. Also, Didi found lots of ideas from certain places to become the song title or lyrics.

Behind the romantic poems, Yan said, it turned out that Didi was not a romantic person at all. Didi Kempot was never bombed.
“It is not romantic. Mr. Didi has never been single. His words are romantic but he never promised anything. He never said he loved you. He (gave) proof,” said Yan.
In fact, many of his requests were not granted by Didi, despite the fact that his career was successful. Didi Kempot teaches that everything must be achieved through fighting.
“If I ask for something, it must have a solid foundation. Because of the singer, I ask for transportation, it makes sense. That is not immediately given in cash. Save first. You have how many, I have how many. So getting something requires a fight from below so as not to be surprised “he concluded.
