Suara.com – Samsung immediately turned off the S Voice voice assistant feature effective June 1, 2020. For your information, the S Voice feature is similar to that of Siri and Apple’s Google Assistant.

Although it has been introduced for a long time, Samsung rarely makes updates or maximizes the potential of S Voice, so it is natural that this feature is killed.

After June 1, 2020, if Samsung phone users are still trying to use S Voice, they will receive a response saying “I cannot process your request. Please try again later.”

As page alert SammobileOn Monday (04/13/2020), there are currently some Samsung phones and tablets still using S Voice, starting from Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8, A9, Galaxy Note FE, Galaxy Note 2, 3, 4, 5, Galaxy S3, 4, S5, S6, S6 edge and Galaxy Note Pro 12.2, Galaxy W, Galaxy Tab 4, Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 / 10.1, Galaxy Tab S8.4, up to S10.5.

However, if consumers are the latest version of Samsung mobile users, this change will not affect their cell phone because the South Korean provider has not incorporated S Voice in some years.

As a reminder, Samsung first introduced S Voice in 2012 via the Galaxy S III phone. Unfortunately, the performance of this voice assistant is quite slow, despite the fact that it has the ability to record reminders and make phone calls.

However, because it was not developed, S Voice did not have the ability to converse like Siri or Google Assistant. Instead, Samsung introduced Bixby as its new digital assistant.
