LONDON Chelsea midfielder Callum Hudson-Odoi explains how he maintains his physical condition amid the suspension of competition that is happening. As is known, most elite football competitions, including the English League, were temporarily suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

“At some point I also run late at night. I also don’t know why I prefer to leave the house to run at night instead of in the morning. But I felt that the weather was calmer and I was able to rest immediately afterwards.
