jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Unlike previous US elections, where the results are generally known several hours after voting ends, the 2020 US election results cannot yet be known because seven states have not yet completed the vote count. .

However, both Trump and Biden have expressed their belief that they will win this election. Even Trump made a premature statement that he had won.

“We are ready to win this election. In fact, we have won this election,” President Trump said at the White House a few hours after the end of the November 3 vote, as widely quoted by various US and global media.

On the other hand, Biden tried to be careful in relaying his statement, although he still commanded the belief that he would win this election.

Speaking from his home in Delaware at midnight US time, Biden expressed optimism that he would win the 2020 presidential election.

“We already know this is going to take a long time, but look, we feel good about where we are. We think we are already on the winning streak of this election,” Biden said.

Trump has won two floating vote states with the most electoral votes, namely Florida and Texas.

But Biden is also confident of winning because his side has made Arizona the state that chooses the Democratic candidate, in addition to claiming Minnesota, which Trump took advantage of in his fight against Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
