During the bombing of Bali 1, Zulkarnain was the commander of the Askari (army) Jamaah Islamiyah. “The arrest took place on Thursday (12/10) in East Lampung, around 7.30pm, without resistance,” Argo said in his statement on Saturday (12/12/2020).
