Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Information regarding social assistance (bansos) of Rs 100,000 is a matter for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
KPK Vice President Alexander Marwata said his party traced the information back to providers related to the hiring of social assistance in the Ministry of Social Affairs or the Ministry of Social Affairs.

As is known, the KPK has received information that there was a cut in social assistance (bansos) for basic food for people affected by COVID-19, from Rp. 300 thousand to Rp.
“If the information is out, from Rp. 300 thousand, at most Rp. 200 thousand reaches the public,” KPK Vice President Alexander Marwata said Monday at the KPK building, Jakarta.
In this regard, the KPK will continue to investigate the viability of designated companies to distribute social assistance.
Therefore, he stated that his party would explore this information to find out how much social assistance the community should receive.
“We want to see how much of the budget actually goes to the public,” Alex said.
The KPK has designated as suspects the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari Peter Batubara (JPB) and four other people, namely two PPKs from the Ministry of Social Affairs Matheus Joko Santoso (MJS) and Adi Wahyono (AW), as well as from the private parties Ardian IM (AIM) and Harry Sidabuke (HS). .
The KPK suspects that the Minister of Social Affairs received a bribe worth Rs 17 billion from the fee to provide basic food social assistance to people affected by COVID-19 in Jabodetabek.
In the implementation of the first period of the basic food assistance package, it is suspected that a fee of IDR 12 billion was received, which Matheus Joko Santoso delivered in cash to Juliari through Adi Wahyono worth around IDR 8.2 billion .
Then Eko and Shelvy N., Juliari’s trusted people, managed the money to pay for Juliari’s personal needs.
In the second period of implementation of the basic food social assistance package, fees were collected from October to December 2020 in the amount of around Rp.8.8 billion, which is also suspected to be used for Juliari’s needs.
Matheus Joko Santoso and Adi Wahyono agreed to rate each welfare package at Rs 10,000 per food package, worth Rs 300 lakhs per package.
