YouTuber burns his Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S in protest against German automaker

After burning down his 4-door GT 63 S Coupe, the Russian vlogger continues to eat his sausages as he remembers the car, and then drives home in a quaint green car.

In a bizarre incident, a Russian YouTube vlogger and owner of a Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S set his luxurious four-door coupe on fire in a protest against the German automaker. Mikhail litvin, which has nearly 5 million subscribers on YouTube, appears to have been frustrated by the behavior of one of the brand’s dealerships.

Litvin is alleged to have found a number of problems with his Mercedes-Benz car and sent it to a local dealer five times, but apparently the dealer refused to repair it. That seems a bit hard to believe, and honestly that’s not a good enough reason to burn your car either, especially if it costs RUB 7,980,000 (roughly INR 76.93 lakh) without add-ons.

The video shows the GT 63 parked in a field, and then Litvin starts pouring gasoline all over the car, both outside and inside. After that, you pour gasoline across the field on a trail leading to the car from a distance. The vlogger uses the remaining gasoline to cook some hot dogs, just before the gasoline-soaked path is lit up.

The result is obvious, with the GT 63 S four-door coupe ending in flames. The video appears to be more of a publicity stunt than a protest against the manufacturer. Nonetheless, the YouTube video has already garnered over 10 million views, and perhaps in the future I will earn enough from the video to buy a replacement for the car.

Speaking of the car, it comes equipped with the AMG 4.0-liter V8 bi-turbo engine that generates 639 horsepower and a whopping 900 Nm maximum torque. The coupe is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.2 seconds.

In the Indian market, Mercedes-Benz retails the 4-door GT 63 S 4Matic + Coupe at a base price of Rs 2.4 million (before the showroom), making it one of the more expensive Mercedes-Benz models sold here in the country. .
