Unlike the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which relies on regional leaders to run indirect campaigns in MPs, Congress has rounded up national leaders such as former party chairman Rahul Gandhi, AICC general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, and senior ministers from neighboring states, including Ashok Gehlot. and Bhupesh Baghel.
The Congress party on Saturday issued its list of 30 star activists, which includes MPCC chief Kamal Nath, senior leader Mukul Wasnik, former Rajasthan Senior Deputy Minister Sachin Pilot, cricketer turned politician Navjot Singh Sidhu, former CM Ashok Chavan from Maharashtra and the leader of fire. In reaction to the list, the saffron party questioned the presence of a large number of national figures in the voting. “It is now clear that Congress cannot win these elections with the help of Kamal Nath and Digvijaya Singh, which is evident from the presence of national leaders and senior ministers from neighboring states on the list,” said the BJP spokesman, Rajneesh Agrawal.
