Dismissing allegations of illegal land dealing between Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s clan and the family of the late interior designer Anvay Naik, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said on Friday that his party will ensure that BJP sits in home for 25 years in Maharashtra.
Speaking to reporters here, Raut criticized BJP leader Kirit Somaiya for bringing charges of illegal land trafficking against the Thackeray clan, saying: “All these accusations are made to protect one accused. They are calling the land agreement illegal, but that agreement is completely legal, nothing will be proven. ”
“We will make (BJP) feel at home not just for five years but for 25 years,” he added.
The response from the main spokesperson for the Seine comes a day after Somaiya raised questions regarding the joint purchase of the land by Thackeray’s wife, Rashmi, and the wife of the leader of the Seine, Ravindra Waikar, Manisha, of the interior designer Anvay Naik.

In a tweet, Somaiya asked if the in-laws had any business relationships with Naik, who died by suicide with his mother in 2018.
Reacting to the accusation made about a land deal with Anvay Naik, Raut said: “BJP does not represent a woman (Anvay Naik’s wife) who lost her husband … We are trying to bring justice to the female victims, but BJP is trying to divert the investigation, which is serious business. ”
“All deals are legal, what does this person know, Kirit? … if he has proof, he should prove it,” he added.
