A day after the AIIMS forensic team claimed that Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide, his family’s lawyer, Vikas Singh, said he would request the head of CBI to set up a new forensic team. “Very disturbed with the AIIMS report. I’m going to ask the Director of CBI to set up a new forensic team. How could the AIIMS team give a conclusive report in the absence of the body, that also in such a bad autopsy done by Cooper Hospital in which the time of death is not mentioned either? ”The attorney tweeted.
The AIIMS team was caught by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to re-evaluate Sushant Singh Rajput’s autopsy report. Without revealing many details, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the AIIMS team, said he did not find any marks other than hanging. “There were no injuries to the body other than hanging. There were no fight / scuffle marks on the body and clothing of the deceased, ”Dr. Gupta told ANI.

The Rajput family’s lawyer called the AIIMS report inconclusive as the team did not actually examine the body of the late actor, but relied on photographs. Now he said he would request a new forensic team from CBI.
Earlier, Singh raised concerns about the delay in the CBI investigation. “Frustrated by the delay in which CBI made the decision to convert the complicity in suicide into Murder of SSR. The doctor who is part of the AIIMS team had told me a long time ago that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it is death by strangulation and not suicide ”, he had said.
Following Vikas Singh’s allegations, the IWC issued a statement saying the agency has not ruled out any angle. “The Central Bureau of Investigation is conducting a professional investigation into the death of Shri Sushant Singh Rajput where all aspects are being analyzed and no aspects have been ruled out to date. The investigation continues, ”CBI said in a statement.
